Our apprentices work full-time on client projects; training and other program requirements are taken care of after business hours. M Powered Strategies leadership is directly engaged with quality assurance as well as mentoring the apprentices.

Program Details:

• The PACE Program is a full-time, 25-week apprenticeship for early-career or transitioning professionals
• Apprentices work full-time (40 hours per week) at partner or client sites
• 8 hours per week are dedicated to trainings or professional development
• M Powered Strategies leadership interacts with partners and the apprentices to ensure successful transition from apprentice to professional
