Erin Bankey
Professional Apprenticeship for Consulting Excellence (PACE) Program Manager
erin.bankey@mpoweredstrategies.comErin earned a Master of Public Policy from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from The Pennsylvania State University. With her longstanding interest in professional development, Erin brings her experience consulting Senior Executive Service clients at multiple agencies to her present role, preparing the next generation of leaders in the field of Federal Government consulting. In addition to leading M Powered Strategies’ PACE Program, Erin also works directly with clients and partners to deliver organizational effectiveness solutions.

Carl Crampton, PMP, CGEIT
Senior Governance Consultant
carl.crampton@mpoweredstrategies.comAfter serving in the United States Coast Guard for over twenty years, Carl turned to the private sector, where he worked in project management for a range of information technology companies. In 2007, he joined M Powered Strategies in order to help the Federal Government improve its service delivery. With a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute and a Certificate in Governance of Enterprise IT from ISACA, Carl specializes in governance and co-directs our Program Management and Governance service line.

Selena Hunn, Esq.
Dispute Resolution Specialist
selena.hunn@mpoweredstrategies.comSelena earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Maryland. A Maryland-barred attorney, Selena is certified as a Workplace Mediator as well as a Trainer in Workplace Mediation by the Mediation Training Institute, International. With her experience in mission driven organizations and public sector consulting, along with her training and experience in alternative dispute resolution, Selena is able to contribute relevant ADR expertise in a wide range of contexts. She provides third party intervention and dispute resolution services, dispute resolution training and capacity building within the public and private sector. Selena currently serves as an engagement manager and associate consultant at the Department of Health and Human Services and has extensive experience in facilitation, complex stakeholder management and organizational change in complex, fast-paced environments and interagency initiatives.

Andrew MacDonald
Director of Human Resources
andrew.macdonald@mpoweredstrategies.comRaised in New Zealand, Andrew earned his MBA from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Master’s in Public International Law from the University of Sydney with a focus in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Following his studies Andrew moved to Hawaii to work for a large consulting firm providing management and operations services to the state. Eager to engage at the federal government level while contributing to the growth of a small business, Andrew joined the M Powered Strategies team where he serves as Director of Human Resources. Andrew is trained and certified by the Mediation Training Institute International as a Certified Workplace Mediator and Trainer in Workplace Mediation and has substantial experience providing client solutions in HR management, organization design, performance management, conflict resolution, and operations management.

Sarah Nurse, BSMP
Senior Strategic Services Consultant
sarah.nurse@mpoweredstrategies.comThe second of twelve children, Sarah learned the art of leadership and the importance of adapting to change at a very young age. With a Bachelor of Science in business management, she spent several years working at the Pentagon where she implemented strategies to measure military readiness. She has since supported multiple senior executives and high visibility programs at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Her extraordinary ability to adjust, coupled with a natural flair for developing efficient and effective organizational strategies, makes Sarah the obvious choice to choice to head our Strategic Executive Services.

Andrew Slawter
Engagement Manager
andrew.slawter@mpoweredstrategies.comAndrew is a Virginia native but like many of the M Powered Strategies staff has spent much of his life living and traveling abroad. He has been an engagement manager and management analyst at the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Health and Human Services and has extensive experience in governance design and implementation, requirements gathering and definition, portfolio management, program and project management, and on-site customer relationship management, in complex enterprise IT and Health IT environments. As the first Director of IT Services at M Powered Strategies, Andrew established an infrastructure that enabled the business to be more responsive to changing client demands. When Andrew isn't behind a computer he's out rock climbing or just enjoying the great outdoors.
