Associate Consultant
This junior-level Associate Consultant position is with M Powered Strategies, Inc. a federal government management consulting firm in Washington, D.C. The primary role of this position is to plan and execute program management operations and to advise federal managers on modes of interaction and organizational effectiveness. Analysts, consultants and project managers with 2-5 years professional experience are invited to apply for this position. The successful candidate will be analytical, possess strong verbal and written skills, and have the ability to relate well with various personalities in diverse organizational cultures. Experience with meeting facilitation, healthcare, and information technology within the federal government is preferred although not required.
General Requirements
- Minimum Education: bachelor's degree
- Strong leadership credentials
- U.S. citizenship is required
- 2-5 years of professional experience
- Experience within the federal government is highly desirable
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Co-facilitate multi-stakeholder meetings and interactions, performing stakeholder management and facilitation design, development and execution
- Analyze governance structures, business processes, and work planning to facilitate effective program management
- Manage stakeholder communications and coordination to relevant participants are prepared, informed and engaged in meetings
- Advise federal managers on types of governance structures and related activities that enhance the managers’ ability to oversee and manage portfolio level information

Produce executive-level briefings and summaries
of high profile or sensitive interactions
